Business Class modem keeps losing it's configuration
For the last 2 months we have had our Netgear modem lose it's configuration several times. Our service is for 5 static ip addresses. This is the third modem we've had in this time. It has happened at least ten tiimes. It lost it yesterday at 4:00 pm then again by 6:00 pm. The support techs reset it but no one seems to care about fixing it. I can never speak to a supervisor or any up the technical ladder. How does one go about getting higher level technical support? I've been told a supervisor will call me twice but it has never happened.
