Business Class 200/20 upgrade, WiFi Dropping Intermittently
I cannot reach chat service, and require assistance.
I upgraded my service 2 months ago to business class to support my partner and I working from home, and ever since 1-2x a day without any warning my WiFi drops. The SSID for my 5gHz connection disappears, This leaves me dropping out of meetings, my kids interrupted in what they're learning and generally making it difficult to enjoy any streaming.
I need support resolving this issue as soon as possible, so if anyone has advice about how to modify the settings, or similar experiences that led to resolution I owuld greatly appreciate it.
