Building Complex has poor service.
Dear Comcast,
My name is Anthony and I manage “Residences at the Y “ located and 101 W Oglethorpe Ave. Savannah, GA 31410. Our complex consist of 19 units , all of which have Comcast service. Over the years as service is disconnected and reconnected again our cable box has become a huge mess. Looks like a birds nest and box won’t shut. We’ve had trouble with two units getting service so two lines are draped on the back of the building.
So is there anyway you can hire a service contractor to clean up the mess? Residences at the Y also has a common area business account #8396100441541987 as well.
Currently the owners have become so disgruntle with the mess and the poor service that they are discussing switching to another carrier. I personally would not like to see that. Can you please help? You can call or email me any hour or time. My info is below.
