Blocked Ports
It seems that port 5567 is being blocked. I have it open on my firewall. It's not on the blocked port list from comcast.

It seems that port 5567 is being blocked. I have it open on my firewall. It's not on the blocked port list from comcast.

Welcome TBCtkuhne. Comcast does not block port#5567 on the network and 5567 is not one of the Comcast internal gateway test ports. Access to a specific port has to be handled either by a IP assignment to the device (your firewall) or by port forwarding from the gateway to the device, and the application has to be active on that particular port.
