bad service

I have Comcast Business Internet which comes along with Connection Pro. The Connection Pro device, Cradlepoint AER 1650, was causing reliability problems with my internet. I have contacted my Senior Business Account Associate, but he has been slow to respond and unwilling to help. He has been a total bozo. I had to do my own diagnostics because he provide no assistance at all. I found that removing the Cradlepoint from the network has solved my internet reliability problem.

My associate has basically lied to me about any help he would provide and just ignored my problem. It has been over a month and the best response I got from him is "I’ll open a ticket" with no other action or response. He is just a terrible associate to deal with. He has said he would swap out the defective device and subsequently ignored me, again.

Hello there. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us on our Business forums. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 

• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 

• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 

• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 

• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 

• Press Enter to send it.
