Bad Downstream Channel

I just upgraded to 150 tier of business internet. My Surfboard 6183 is showing one horrible downstream channel. I have double checked that I my modem is connected to the coax home run without any splitters. I believe I should call for a technician to come out and check cabling and connectors back to the switch. Any advice is appreciated. I have included a screen grab of my connection screen.

1 Reboot? (Modem, full power down power up)

 

2 Call to have profile reloaded (After 1)
