Bad connectivity and Bad bandwith

I am extremely disappointed with Comcast business. since I'am here (One week) the internet connection is not stable, lost many packets, and the bandwith is often at 10 Mb.

Could you check why this internet connection is'nt stable and why my bandwith is under 10 Mb.

Could you resolve this ASAP.

I just remind that I paid $200/mo to have bad connectivity and bad bandwith.
