Any possible way to upgrade upload speed without having to choose a whole new package?

Hello, I work out of home and do livestreaming for a living. I am completely satisfied with my current download speed and only want to upgrade my upload speed. Is there any way to be able to do just that without having to pay a ridiculous price increase for both an upload and download upgrade? I am needing this upgrade to provide a higher quality stream for others to enjoy.
