Absolute hogwash...

Just called in twice.  On hold for rep for over an hour and 20 minutes.  Phone disconnected both times. 

 

You are sorely understaffed or they just don't care.  Regardless, I should not have to wait on hold for the amount of time I have.  This is a business service.  Being it's a business service, why would the stupid automation inquire if I'm calling about a home or business account when I've called the business line???!

 

I've had to listen to the stupid "upware" crap ad nauseam.  This only adds to the frustration of the lack of service.
