A few questions.

1st, Is 35mbps really the fastest I can upload? No other options? Currently I am having to pricing out at&t and fidium fiber for quotes. since they have way higher upload speeds. 35mbps is choking my company trying to get files to a external employee.

2nd, I am currently trying to upload 86 gig, but it is taking 2 days to do. So I am not even able to hit 35mbps? Is they net work slowed for some reason?

3rd, Is the online account down? I can not log into manage accounts at all, just keep hitting "Error loading information"

To start a conversation, it says you have to pick a name. Typing in "xfinity support" is not an option that I can see?

your dm customer service is the worse, they just make you wait, and if you miss them by a minute or 2 you get dropped?

My company name is ****. Account number should be ************. Right now we are getting really bad latency on our router. I am also trying to upload 86 gigs of files. And it is uploading too slow, this has been taking all day to perform. Is something limiting our upload? We are suppose to get at least 35mbps. This is way slower.

hour waiting still, now I know why you want in DM, so people do not see how bad this customer service is. Really helping make that decision to go to a new service provider.

Finally get a response, and asks for my address, I responded right after he typed, and he disappeared again. This has to be the lamest customer service setup in history?
