29 hours! Tier 2 ticket has not been resolved!

We cannot access some websites from our office by using Comcast Business Internet services, but from Starbucks, my home (Xfinity Internet) and any other location we have no problem to access those website. This issue has really impacted our business, because we cannot get email or run some data at office. 

 

It is a tier 2 ticket, but I did not get contact from Coimcast for 29 hours. The answer that I get from Comcast is only "wait"!!!

Have you called and asked if there has been any progress or notes made on the ticket? It's possible they found an issue and are investigating deeper, and even getting their GNOC involved. Which would definitely take some time.
