xfinity hotspot remove

could you please turn off the xfinity hotspot and the private network on our modem. despite changing the settings in https://business.comcast.com/myaccount/Secure/ManageServices/Internet/ManageInternetLanding/ and in the router admin, both still show up as wifi networks.
