Wifi "security recommendation" "no internet connection"

Hello - all of a sudden, the past 4 days I have not been able to get onto my wifi through my wireless devices - including my members. Xfinitywifi shows up as an option on wifi devices but when I click to connect, it starts saying "security recommendation" and then it will say "no internet connection". I have rebooted my wireless devices and also the wifi modem/router and nothing fixes it. HELP!!

Hello VitalityFit,

Does it give you a prompt to login once you open a browser? If not can you click forget network in your WiFi options then try to login to it again?

Thank you

Typically there is a limit on the amount of devices that are allowed on at a time, I increased the number to see if that is what is causing the issue. If you're still unable to connect please send me a private message with a screen shot of what error you're seeing.

Thank you

Ok I'm sorry, It won't let me put a picture on here. It just shows it searching for xfinitywifi and says in orange underneath "no internet connection".
