Wifi Is charging and I can't seem to login to the forum
I posted this recently that when I connect to the xfinity hotspot, a pop up comes up asking for my credential. When I log in, I have to either pay or I can use the complimentary hotspot for an hour. I'm a Comcast Business subscriber and I should be able to log in for free.
Someone from Comcast responded back with "What URL I'm typing in"..... are you kidding me!? Do you know your own product at all?
Here is a simple fix for anyone interested.
I can only confirm this on a business account, but you can go to "Users" and from that screen "Add new user".
Fill in the information and type in a different email address (don't use the current email that you have on file if it allows you). I created the account as Services and Billing Manager, but it may be possible to choose one of the other three options.
Now you can sign in with the new account you created. Kind of stupid that I can't get on hotspot with my primary account. I'm sure Comcast can fix it, but why wait and deal with multipe stupid questions they are going to ask.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us through the forums with your feedback. We want to get the issues resolved with your primary login, I am more than happy to assist with this. I am very glad to hear that you found a way to sign in but let's work on the full issue. I would like to review your account a little further can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, the service address and the account number or phone number?
