Wi-Fi Hotspot Access

We have been trying for a year to access the Wi-Fi hotspots when on business it is a total nightmare, never works at all and we have reset passwords and more... Totally fed up, what a poor service.

Why on earth this is not inter-linked to the account. 

What can we do?
