Why am I getting charged for hotspot access
I have a Comcast Business internet account but when I try to use xfinity hotspot I get asked to pay a per-usage fee.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging into the Xfinity Wi-Fi HotSpot. Are you trying to log in with your Comcast Business online username and password?
