Unable to manage private wifi
I used to be able to log in to my account, go to services, and within Private WiFi Connections, I would be able to manage the 2.5 and 5.0 network connections, set the name and the password for them, but as of 2021, upon logging in to my account and entering that screen, there's nothing but blank spaces where the names of the connections should be, and clicking on the pencil-like icons that would usually allow me to edit the names and passwords do nothing. This is the same in Chrome, Edge and even mobile browsers, and within the app, the option is not even available. Is there a solution for this?

Sign in to My Account and select Internet from the Services menu. Only the Primary Manager or Services Manager can update this information.
Select Manage Private WiFi on the right side of the page.
