Unable to connect to Xfinity wifi hotspots with buisness login
I've had this happen before. Basically, when I connect to xfinity hotspots it doesn't accept my username and password. If I use the correct information, I get an error that says unspecified. If I try the wrong info, it says invalid username or password. I've tried calling on this twice this week. Each time I get put on hold and somehow get transferred to someone else in the consumer department. Then, when I am transferred back, the wait time is the same as it was the first time (1hr+). Is there some way I can just put in a ticket?
