Unable to connect to Xfinity wifi hotspots with buisness login

I've had this happen before. Basically, when I connect to xfinity hotspots it doesn't accept my username and password. If I use the correct information, I get an error that says unspecified. If I try the wrong info, it says invalid username or password. I've tried calling on this twice this week. Each time I get put on hold and somehow get transferred to someone else in the consumer department. Then, when I am transferred back, the wait time is the same as it was the first time (1hr+). Is there some way I can just put in a ticket?

I very much appreciate your patience and greatly apologize for the delay in our response. I know how important the services are to your business and we want to do all that we can to assist. I use my hotspot all of the time and to consistently have an issue when logging in I know that I would be truly frustrated. I would love to get to the bottom of this with you. Not sure if this information will help you but I too have experienced this and might be able to shed some incite. Last month Comcast reduced the number of allowed connections to xfinitywifi hotspots with a business account to 10 active connections at any given moment. Previously this restriction was either not applied or was considerably higher. They also enforced this same restriction on their residential customers. When you exceed 10 active connections you could receive the username or password is incorrect message. While this may not be your exact issue I am hoping this information could be helpful.

This Hotspot needs to be reset -

Xfinity WiFi
415 N Broad St
Lansdale, Pennsylvania, 19446
SSID:
xfinitywifi

Keeps giving error that ip configuration is invalid. Also will not allow connection with Business account name & password on sister site XFINITY, I believe both are the same modem as signal strength's are equal for each from my location.
