The most stressful and unethical practices

I am leaving this company because I have been denied to speak to a supervisor/manager when requested. I have been lied to, provided poor customer service and then refused to cancel services. I have explained that I was over the past 3-5 months been back and forth with Comcast and it has been and stressful and overbearing experience and due to this I no longer desire the service. I have an arrangement set on my account and I am still experiencing issues with the service. I will not pay anything owed out side of what is past due and refuse to be apart of this horrible company.

Also Sean who I am currently on the phone with for 55 mins has refused 8 times to put a manger on the phone to assist with my issue. You all are refusing to cancel a service that has no contract. The time and stress dealing with this is unwarranted and has caused great anxiety.
