Switch from business to residential

Hi, I think the residential service would be better for my needs. I have my own modem. How could I accomplish the switch over? Thank you.

Okay gotcha, you won't need to find my name to send a private message. Just select the Comcast Business handle and your message will be sent to our team! Thanks for your patience.
