Router admin accounts

When I logged into our Internet router today, I found two active WiFi accounts I'd never seen before and couldn't find the ones that have been and still are active. Is there a different account the tech would have used during the initial set up?

@user_917eec Thanks for reaching out! You should only be able to see the active private WiFi SSIDs that are currently on the account. You also may see a Public WiFi option for the Comcast/Xfinity WiFi hotspots.

My phone sees the originals, ones I can't find using the cusadmin account, and two that I have access to with that account. My laptop, however, only sees the originals.

The originals are ones created by the installer. They need some adjustments, but I can't find them with my account.

@user_917eec Are you accessing the admin tool while connected directly to the Comcast Business Gateway that is broadcasting the original WiFi SSIDs?

I am using the original Wi-Fi SSID. I should try the same thing while hardwired, probably.

If you could and let us know if you get the same result.

I am connected to the router with a Cat5e cable using my laptop. I have the Wi-Fi on the laptop disabled. After logging in with the cusadmin account, I see only the two wireless networks I set up yesterday. On my Android phone, I see those two networks plus the two that were originally established by the tech, which seem to still be functional.

In other words, the result of my tests yesterday through WiFi connections and today through hardwire connections are exactly the same. Why can I not see and adjust the original Wi-Fi network instances? I also see no method for accessing or setting up new accounts. I didn't that that was a function on these devices, but something is not as I would have expected.
