Poor customer service

I pay for high speed internet.  I have yet to receive the speed that I pay for.  This has been an on going issues for the past year.  It maybe time to explore other options as you don't seem to care about keeping your customer happy.  I tried all your automated system only to get more frustrated.  Then I finally get a human who has the stones to say she can't help me and doesn't know how to get someone to help.  Currently my speed is 50 down and 50 up.  Not acceptable. You do not make it is to get help yet you want my payment on time every month.

We certainly know how important it is to have a reliable Internet connection. Are you currently using a modem rental or using a personally owned modem device for connectivity? What is also the planned subscribed speed for your Comcast Business Internet service?
