My 2.4 GHZ Network won't turn on

Hello,

I recently bought a printer and it will only work with a 2.4 GHZ connection. When I first had my internet installed both the 2.4 GHz and 5 ghz networks displayed. Lately, only the 5 ghz network shows up. I have tried logging into my Comcast Business Account on a PC and through the mobile APP. The 2.4 network shows as turned off, I try to turn it on and on the phone APP I receive a "Something Went Wrong Error. Please Try Again." The PC application says it saves, but then turns off again right away or doesn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I really appreciate the details you shared with us in regard to what you did in an attempt to resolve this issue. Seeing that those steps didn't work, I would like to look into this further. Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number. By clicking the "message" icon in the upper right page of our forum page. Once you click on that, input our shared handle (Comcast Business) to send us a private message.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
