My 2.4 GHZ Network won't turn on
I recently bought a printer and it will only work with a 2.4 GHZ connection. When I first had my internet installed both the 2.4 GHz and 5 ghz networks displayed. Lately, only the 5 ghz network shows up. I have tried logging into my Comcast Business Account on a PC and through the mobile APP. The 2.4 network shows as turned off, I try to turn it on and on the phone APP I receive a "Something Went Wrong Error. Please Try Again." The PC application says it saves, but then turns off again right away or doesn't do anything. Any help would be appreciated.
