Manage Business Private WiFi connection

Hello all

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am intersested in turning the private wifi connection off. I have viewed how do this here: http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/comcast-business-online-account-private-wifi-settings/

The issue is, after selecting Internet from the Manage Services menu, i do not have any options avaiable on the page dealing with the wifi connection.

How can I see those options?

Hi DJHannon. Currnetly end user access to the public WiFi interface is not available.  To enable or disable public WiFi immediately it is necessary to contact the Business SErvice Center @ 1-800-391-3000. This functionality will be available to the end user in a future release of the Comcast Business Portal.  We will update this board as additional information becomes available.

Public WiFi has been disabled on the device associated with this account per your request.

Thank You

Thanks for the help.

After re-reading this I noticed you said you had disabled it on my account for me. As of today, the wireless network "xfinitywifi" is still being broadcast by my modem?

Hello

Sorry to continue this but our modem is broadcasting the open network again. I assume it started this again because the modem was rebooted?

Is this going to happen every reboot?

HI DJHannon.  I apologize for the problems you're experiencing with the public WiFi settings. The setting has been disabled.  I have also referred this issue to our Engineering Team to investigate.

Thank You
