Issues with increased security

Dear Comcast,

While I appreciate the move to make things more secure there are some issues:
^ is not counted as a special character and prevents a password from being accepted even if it has other special characters.
Why can't I use the same phone number for 2FA for my administrator and user account?
If my email is more secure than my phone number why must I use a phone number for 2FA?

Also, letters are not digits. Why does the security code page say to enter the 6-digit code when it has letters in the code?

Hello @user_f64123 The symbol ^ is not accepted for our passwords as well as a few other quotation symbols.

When you have multiple users on the account that is intended to be different people. So each user profile needs a unique phone and email on file.

I've never seen letters included in authentication codes. What were you trying to do that sent you letters?
