internet wifi username and password

Tech was out last week to install internet. Not able to get into wifi. Need help. Tried calling and they sent a link but cannot figure it out.

Need to find the info where I can see what username and password was set up.

What specific issues are you having to get into the modem?

Have you tried using:

cusadmin for Username. highspeed or CantTouchThis for Password.
