I login to xfinity wifi and I'm being charged

Hi,

 

I have Comcast Business and I can login, but it is either going to charge me or I get a complimentary hour.

 

I thought I was supposed to get on for free.

Now I can sign in finally! Your website was giving me errors and asking me to clear my cookies....

 

 

Anyway, what are you talking about? I'm not typing in a URL. When I connect to xfinity, the splash page automatically pops up and ask for my credential....

 

I'm on a Mac if that helps? Not sure if Windows opens a splash page automatically. Pretty sure you need to type in a URL to redirect to the splash page. Anyway, I'm not typing anything.
