Humanly- What email address is on our account for notifications

Hi,

I need to find out what email address we have for our notifications regarding internet interruption.  We need to have [EDIT: emails] for our accounts under the [EDIT: username].  Another team member keeps getting the notifications, but not always to [EDIT: email].  Please check into this for us.

Thanks for meeting us here in our Comcast Business community @user_f24eb6. Sorry to hear about the trouble with the notifications. You should log into your account using your Primary Xfinity ID on the business account, and make the necessary adjustments there under manage account or services.
