How do i get an actual agent?

I have an issue with our comcast business internet. i have attempted to call and use the chat and ive even called our account rep but i am not getting any actual help. i need to talk with an actual person.

If you provide us with a little more detail here about your connection issues, we are always happy to help with troubleshooting.

@Comcast_AmandaB​ everytime i call it does not connect me to a live agent and the chat doesnt do anything either

I had billing question and I was told to transfer to live agent but instead they said call during business hours? I thought was 24/7? [Edit: All Caps]

How about the moving or removing a service department? Are they open 24/7?
