I have had horrible service for my business for year. We are a retail location and can only run one device at a time- my NEST security cameras go out all of the time, we have trouble running credit cards.
SO 2 weeks ago a comcast business person Lori Labrecque reaches out to me telling me for an additional fee she can fix my issues. Claims that the service I have been paying for for the last 3 years only works on one computer- even though the last salesperson knew exactly what I was running before I was signed up & switched over from Consolidated.
The tech came, gave us a new modem & our service is actually worse.
Keep in mind, this is a pandemic & my business has been severely impacted. I can barely afford to pay the bills & now we can't run the credit cards for when business does come in.
I reached out to Lori & nothing. No response.
