Frustration with Comcast Business Support
My contract was due to expire in May. I received an email and calls from multiple people. I tried calling one back and went to voicemail. Another gentleman called so we spoke about options and he was going to send a couple over to me via email; however, I never received an email even after confirming my email.
Next my April 20th bill increased considerably and was told by the support agent on April 27 she would submit a ticket to honor my current rate, hold the price for the next 2 yrs by signing a new contract in June, and send me an email summarizing this call. No email received even after confirming my email address once again.
Today May 14, I spent another hour on the phone asking for my credit as well as the new contract. I was able to sign the contract today ensuring my new price was similar to the past 2 yrs. But again asking about the credit, I was forwarded to billing and honestly went in circles with a foreign lady. She said I do have a credit, but I have no way to confirm, and it was lower than promised in April. So frustrating and not sure how you have customers.
I am now waiting for a supervisor to return my call but not holding my breath.
Regards,
Sandra
