device list on my admin page

I cannot see the devices on my router under my admin page. I called support and did not get answer why. Any ideas why I cannot see the devices listed? I only have one modem and no routers.

Now suddenly I can see the devices but cannot run reports from anytime frame. Has anyone ever seen this before?
