Comcast is charging me $12,000 early termination fee when I didn't terminate and I am using the service

I am using Comcast for phones and internet, and I am paying my bill monthly and along comes an early termination fee of $12,000 they have turned off my phones and internet twice for non payment. I never cancelled and this is causing me mega stress! Of course I won't pay the $12000.00 (plus finance fees for a year) I pay the monthly service amount. I don't know what to do, when I call no one can help, they often just put me back in the que after listening to my whole 20 minute story. That happened 3 times one call that lasted 2 1/2 hours and nobody actually helped. I have filed a dispute with Comcast and a claim with the Attorney General of Washington state. Anything else I can do?

user_01dbe3 Getting billed for an early termination fee while using services still is definitely something to reach out about. I have seen some cases of residential services where a new promotion is set up online, causing the old account to be closed, but not with a Business account. We do have access to basic account information for troubleshooting. Billing is not normally something we can assist with, but let me ask you a question. When you call for support, are you speaking with Business support at (800) 391-3000?

If not, I would recommend starting by reaching out there. If you are already using the Business support number when you reach out and are not getting the assistance you need, please let me know.
