Comcast Business Wifi Range extender

I am looking for information on how to obtain a wifi range extender. Searches on this topic came up with questions from 2 or more years ago so I am asking again. I have Comcast Business Internet with Business Wifi Standard and would like information on the options for a range extender.

Hey user_586abf, thanks for reaching out to Comcast Business on our forums. To get a Wireless Gateway extender, you would just need to call our customer care department at (800) 391-3000.

I have had horrible issues with this in a child care center. Was the extender offered a resolution? I see many others that say there is no solution

I was offered Comcast Wifi Range extenders that they sell as a "bolt on" to your existing contract - $20/month for 1, $40/month for 2 is what I was offered. Still haven't taken them up on a monthly addition to our bill - trying a wireless access point that we can buy once and use at no cost.
