Can't connect to WIFI - 2.4 or 5
We have always been able to connect, but all of sudden it doesn't show either network as available. The only computer that will connect is the one hooked up through ethernet on the 2.4. We are only able to connect the other computers through the hotspot.
We have tried shutting off the router, resetting the router, shutting off our computers, etc.
We also tried going to http://10.1.10.1 but it won't come up.
Help!

Hello ajcolombo,
I checked and WiFi is turn on for your modem on both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Is the SSID showing up on your device, if so are you getting an error message when you try to connect?
