Cannot Enable Business WiFi

I tried to enable my business WiFi but it is not turning on. Who do I talk with to fix this?

I enable private wi-fi (repeatedly) and it keeps shutting off automatically and listing the SSID as undiscoverable. A technician came out and replaced the router-- and it STILL keeps auto turning off. The 2.4 and 5.0 SSID is then not viewable to other wireless devices to connect. Can you advise what the reason could be?

Hello Karaokediva,

I see that Wifi should be turned on now and both the 2.4 and 5 Ghz ssid's are broadcasting. Are you still unable to see them?
