Cannot Connect to Business WiFi

The 2.4 and 5.0 are not showing up as options.  Cannot connect devices (i.e. printer and Sonos) to the network either.  Tried shutting off modem and devices.  I changed name of both networks via my online account to Elevated and Elevated2.  Also changed passwords.

Hello Elevated, 

 

For some reason your SSID broadcast was turned off. It's back on now so it should be back up.
