Cancelled Business Service on October 20 2022. Why am I still being charged?

Hi!

I cancelled my business internet service on October 12, 2022 in a phone call at 12:17p EST.  Why am I still being charged? Please tell me who to contact to fix this immediately. I'm an irate former customer.

Hello @LFLFLF Happy Holidays, and thank you for reaching out to us regarding your cancelled account, we would certainly like to review your account and provide assistance.

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and last four digits of your account number or full phone number.

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it

Is there an easier way to do this? I can't seem to get off hold when I call and there's no link to chat.
