Cancel service

Hello. My business lease is up and we are closing. When our contract was signed I let the rep know we only had one year left. They said don’t worry about it as the cancellation fee will be waived. As I’m trying to terminate my service there is an added fee of $840 and Comcast is giving me the run around. They say a manager will call me back and nothing in a week. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years. How can I get this resolved?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
