Authentication Failed (Error Code: 0108)

I have a comcast business account. I downloaded the Xfinity Wifi app for iOS and when I try to login with my account, I keep getting authentication failed (error code: 0108). Please help.

Hi there allenchanworld, I'd like to look into the login issue. If you have already attempted clearing cache and cookies, closing browser and reopening, and trying a different browser altogether, please click on our handle ComcastBiz_Support and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
