Adding Business Wifi

As a Comcast Business Internet customer, you can now enjoy the convenience of WiFi for your employees and your customers. And it’s included with your Business Internet service. Business WiFi is a comprehensive WiFi solution which includes Private WiFi - a private/secure WiFi connection for your business and Public WiFi, an Xfinity WiFi Hotspot for patrons and customers. 

If you have the Cisco Business WiFi Gateway, and you decide to disable the public WiFi hotspot, please contact us at 1-800-391-3000.

Note, a factory reset may cause the device to revert to original settings and you’ll need to repeat the process to disable Public WiFi

Your Business Private WiFi network, as well as Business Public WiFi, use shared spectrum, and as with any shared medium there can be some impact as more devices share WiFi
