Add another user to profile for handling bills and service

Hello,


I would like to add another user to my account so that they can be the contact for bill handling and service calls. However, when I try to add them via their email address, it says that email is already in use. It is not currently tied to my account as far as I know.

How can I add this 2nd person?

That is how I tried to add them previously, and received the aforementioned error that their email was already in the system.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon:

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list

- An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it"
