2.4 Ghz not working

I have comcast business setup, the 5Ghz wifi works fine but after changing the wifi password the 2.4 Ghz stopped working.  I can connect to the wifi network but there is no internet connection.

 

This seems to be a problem on comcast's end given I can can find a very simil;ar sitatuion here.

In fact when I try turning 2.4Ghz to "Off" and then "I'm Done" I can see that the setting doesn't stick.

 

Please help.

Thanks so much for reaching out paintguy! It's strange that it's not sticking when you are turning the 2.4GHz off. I'd like to login to the modem to check the settings on our side, so can you please click on our handle (ComcastBiz_Support) and send a private message with 

your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number? We'll meet you there 🙂
