Work or Personal Call?

When using the business voice edge mobile app it appears we cannot answer a call inside the app but must use the Be Anywhere function that forwards to the cell phone. However it is impossible to tell if the incoming call is a business or personal call. Please help!

@Sean_Net_Admin​ Sure but what about the ability to determine before answering the phone? For example, if a doctor's office calls me at work, I do not want to take that call while in my open workspace. But if I don't know the number and assume it's a forwarded "Be Anywhere" call, I've now answered and it's too late. There should be a clear differentiator or indication when a call is coming to an office line instead of to the cell phone directly.

Did you ever get this resolved? Sure, we can turn on answer confirmation, but that doesn't help since you can't do that until AFTER you've decided whether or not to pick up the call.
