Why do we have to keep Uninstalling Version 1.57.0 | Released 07/09/2024?

have to uninstall and reinstall voice edge constantly!!??!!!??

Hello, @user_8b766c thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and sorry to hear of the issues you're experiencing with Voice Edge. I'd definitely like to investigate further, and had want to ensure I'm on the same page. 

- Besides having to uninstall VoiceEdge, are you experiencing any other issues with the VoiceEdge?

 one user: When a call came in and someone picked up the call, the ringing continued until I unsinstalled the app

another user: a call will come in and when pressing answer it will start counting the time but no one on the line + call will linger at the end until the other person hangs up or i log out

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there
  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list
  • - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
