Voiceedge voicemail password reset

Hi, I am trying to reset my password because I am locked out. I do not have an option on the web to reset. I am also not able to download the mobile app because it is telling me that I need a phone number assigned. I am not sure what is happening because i can reset everyone else's password. Help, I am frustrated.

@Comcast_Jodie​ It did not work. Also, when i try to download the desktop it says that I don't have permission.
