VoiceEdge Desktop App is dropping calls a few minutes into call

VoiceEdge Desktop App is dropping calls a few minutes into the call when using the app remote.  Internet connection is good.  Voice is clear, then just drops.

Hello there @user_969005 thank you so much for reaching out and bringing this to our attention! Is this happening on only one device or multiple devices within BVE app?  when the drops occur, is any other net-based app affected also?

Just the one that we are trying to use remote.  No other online based applications are being affected.  It is on a brand new laptop running win 11 with a good internet connection.

@Comcast_Alfonso I will do that when I am back at the location but why is it on this forum that every question someone posts the answer is to contact support directly?  It seems to me that defeats the purpose of a community forum as the resolution is never posted only "contact support"  I'll call support when I have an hour or so to spare.
