VoiceEdge app will not ring and people can't hear me

When a call is incoming my VoiceEdge app will show it, but I don't hear any ringing. When I pick up the call, I cannot hear the caller. They can hear me just fine.

I have adjusted the settings and sound settings to ensure that my headset and microphone are selected as the input and output devices, made sure that I can hear sounds from other applications on my PC, restarted my computer and the Voice Edge app multiple times, nothing changes.

This exact configuration worked up until yesterday. No other changes that I'm aware of, other than Comcast Internet was down for 12 hours prior to this issue ocurring and therefore our VOIP phones were down.

Cannot call in to resolve as I cannot hear and chat said they cannot help as it is a business enterprise account.

I fixed it myself by going to settings and resetting the App Settings. Not sure what had gotten messed up, but it worked. Also not sure why chat didn't have me try that. I had to find it myself by trial and error. At least I can finally use the phone again!

Same.

I also have these issues. It rings sometimes but I can't tell if I even answered and cant hear. Same when I try to call people, I cant see what number was dialed and can't hear people half the time. There is no hold or mute option on the app. I can't make soft transfers. I can't even hang up phone calls. 

The app is awful in comparison to Zoom Phones.

Even the physical phones in the office are worse. Callers can barely hear me on the handheld or using a headset. The font is so tiny I can barely read the phone numbers.
