VoiceEdge app will not ring and people can't hear me

When a call is incoming my VoiceEdge app will show it, but I don't hear any ringing. When I pick up the call, I cannot hear the caller. They can hear me just fine.

I have adjusted the settings and sound settings to ensure that my headset and microphone are selected as the input and output devices, made sure that I can hear sounds from other applications on my PC, restarted my computer and the Voice Edge app multiple times, nothing changes.

This exact configuration worked up until yesterday. No other changes that I'm aware of, other than Comcast Internet was down for 12 hours prior to this issue ocurring and therefore our VOIP phones were down.

Cannot call in to resolve as I cannot hear and chat said they cannot help as it is a business enterprise account.

I fixed it myself by going to settings and resetting the App Settings. Not sure what had gotten messed up, but it worked. Also not sure why chat didn't have me try that. I had to find it myself by trial and error. At least I can finally use the phone again!
