Voice Mail Zero Out Option

Along with Voice Mail to Email, VoiceEdge offers a voice mail “0” out option. If this feature is enabled, any incoming caller that is connecting to a voice mail box, can select 0 on their key pad, and be routed to an alternate number. This feature can be configured using the Telephony Toolbar or the End User Feature Portal. If this feature is configured and enabled, the voice mail box owner should also update their voice mail greetings to make sure incoming callers know that they have the “0” out option, to connect to an alternate number.  For more BVE feature information and quick reference guides, go to business.comcast.com/getstarted
