Voice Mail indicator

Thank you so much for letting us know about the voicemail indicator issue xcelleratelaser and welcome to the forums! If you don't have any voicemails pending (this has a general voicemail overview: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/phone-business-class-voice-mail-overview/ ) I can take a look to see what else might be causing this. Can you please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number?
